67:24- 29 Surat Al-Mulk
Reminder
Say: "It is He Who has created you from the earth, and to Him shall you be gathered (in the Hereafter)."
And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "The knowledge (of its exact time) is with Allah only, and I am only a plain warner."
But when they see it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, "This is that for which you used to call."
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If Allah destroys me, and those with me, or He bestows His Mercy on us, - who can save the disbelievers from a painful torment?"
Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error."

Like many people, I have many regrets but one of my biggest regrets is I wish I read more often while growing up. The joy of reading can only be understood by very few and unfortunately people nowadays just don't like reading. Social media has limited our reading to just Facebook statuses and Twits and even then if the statuses are too long, we will contemplate on whether if we should read them or not. I personally found reading very burdensome growing up because I thought it was a chore and very boring but I am seeing the aftermath of people who I grew up with who loved to read - they are bolder in their terminology and much more effective in communicating their points. Readers become great leaders. Even children who start reading and writing at an early age mature much faster. Nonetheless, this is a reminder for myself first and foremost - that it's never too late to start reading now. Start by limiting social media usage and making it a habit to start reading books or newspapers. Make it a goal to gradually increase your readings at whatever pace you are comfortable with.

"Un jour `Umar a aperçu un vieux juif faisant la quête. Il lui en a demandé la raison et a appris que la vieillesse et la pauvreté l'y obligeaient. Alors `Umar l'a emmené au responsable du Trésor Public des musulmans et lui a ordonné de lui verser ainsi qu'aux gens de condition similaire une allocation du Trésor Public leur permettant de pourvoir à leur besoin et de vivre convenablement. Il a dit à ce sujet :
"Nous ne serions pas justes envers lui si nous prélevions la jizyah sur son revenu pendant sa jeunesse et que nous le délaissions lors de sa vieillesse !"

أيها المسلمون المؤمنون الصابرون في سوريا الشام:
لا يشك أحد منا بوجود مؤامرة دولية على الثورة ضدكم ولمصلحة السفاح، وهذا يفضح مدى فجور المجتمع الدولي ومدى إجرامه، وما السفاح بشار إلا إحدى صنائعه، بل الكل يقطع بوجود تلك المؤامرة. ولا تظنوا أنكم غير مسؤولين أمام الله إذا لم تضعوا حداً لذلك. فأنتم من وقف في وجه السفاح بشار وقواته الأمنية المجرمة، وأنتم من ثُكِلتم، وأنتم من قدمتم وضحيتم بأغلى ما عندكم، فلا تسمحوا لأحد أن يخطف ثورتكم ويقطف ثمرتها، كائناً من كان، على حساب دينكم وتضحياتكم.
ألم تعلنوا "قائدنا للأبد سيدنا محمد"؟، فسبيل سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم معلوم، وقد فرض الله سبحانه وتعالى علينا اتباعه دون غيره، حيث قال: (قُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ).
ألم تعلنوا "يا الله ما لنا غيرك يا الله"؟، فكونوا صادقين مع دينكم وأنفسكم ولا تطلبوا العون إلا من الله وحده، فالله سبحانه وتعالى هو أغنى الشركاء عن شركه، وهو القائل عزَّ من قائل ( فَمَنْ كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا).
إن أقوى موقف تعلنونه الآن يرضي ربكم، هو أن تعلنوا جميعاً، وعلى قلب رجل واحد منكم، أنكم مع الله وحده قلباً وقالباً، قولاً وفعلاً، وأن تعلنوا أنكم مع دينكم في تحريم الاستعانة بالغرب الكافر وعملائه من حكام بلاد المسلمين، وأن المعارضة الخارجية لا تمثلكم، فهي صنيعة أمريكا والغرب الكافر وهي تُمثلهم، وكذلك كل من ينشد حلاً أو تدخلاً أو عوناً منهم، واعملوا على أن يكون الذي يمثلكم من جنسكم بأن يلتزم الحل الإسلامي، وهو إقامة الخلافة الراشدة، التي وعد الله بها من يعبده وحده، لا يشرك به شيئاً، وذلك بقوله تعالى: ( وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ )، وهذا هو الإخلاص الخالص لله تعالى. نعم لتكن لكم محرماتكم الشرعية التي تحاسبون عليها، وعلى الله قصد السبيل.

Die gute Tat,die zur Hölle führt Einer der Salaf sagte: "Wahrlich ein Diener begeht eine Sünde, durch die er ins Pardies eingeht; und ein anderer verrichtet eine gute Tat, durch die er ins Feuer eingeht." Es wurde gefragt: " Wie kommt das?" So antwortete er: "Derjenige, der die Sünde beging denkt ständig daran, was ihn dazu veranlasst sie (die Sünde) zu fürchten, zu bereuen, darüber zu weinen und sich deshalb vor seinem Herrn, dem Erhabenen, zu schämen. Er steht vor seinem Herrn mit gebrochenem Herzen und gesenktem Haupt voller Demut. So ist diese Sünde für ihn nützlicher als viele gehorsame Taten, da sie ihn dazu brachte Demut und Ergebenheit zu zeigen, was zum Glück und Erfolg des Dieners führt; in so einem Ausmaß, dass diese Sünde für ihn zum Grund wird ins Paradies einzutreten. Was den betrifft, der gute Taten verrichtet, so sieht er diese gute Tat nicht als eine Gunst von seinem Herrn. Vielmehr wird er arrogant, staunt über sich selbst und sagt: "Ich hab dies und dies, dies und dies vollbracht." Wodurch seine Selbstverherrlichung, sein Stolz und seine Arroganz steigt; in so einem Ausmaß, dass dies der Grund seiner Vernichtung wird. [Al-Wabilus-Sayyib min al-Kalimit-Tayyib ( p. 15) von ibn al-Qayyim]

The house was reproduced based on authentic narrations that describe the Prophet's (peace be upon him) house.
