Waktu yang mustajab untuk berdo'a Dari Abu Hurairah r.a. bahawa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam menyebut hari jumaat lalu beliau Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda : "Di hari Jumaat itu terdapat satu waktu yang jika seseorang muslim melakukan solat di dalamnya dan memohon sesuatu kepada Allah Ta'ala, nescaya permintaannya akan dikabulkan." Lalu beliau memberi isyarat dengan tangannya yang menunjukkan sedikitnya waktu itu. (Hadis Riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim) Namun mengenai penentuan waktu, para ulama berselisih pendapat. Di antara pendapat-pendapat tersebut ada 2 pendapat yang paling kuat: i. Waktu itu dimulai dari duduknya imam sampai pelaksanaan solat jumaat Dari Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa Al-Asy'ari r.a. bahawa 'Abdullah bin 'Umar r.a. berkata padanya, "Apakah engkau telah mendengar ayahmu meriwayatkan hadis dari Rasulullah sehubungan dengan waktu ijaabah pada hari jumaat?" Lalu Abu Burdah mengatakan, "Aku mendengar Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda, 'iaitu waktu antara duduknya imam sampai solat dilaksanakan.'" (Hadis Riwayat Muslim) Imam Nawawi rahimahullah menguatkan pendapat di atas. Sedangkan Imam As-Suyuthi rahimahullah menentukan waktu yang dimaksud adalah ketika solat didirikan. ii. Batas akhir dari waktu tersebut hingga setelah Asar Dari Jabir bin 'Abdillah rr.a., dari Nabi s.a.w. bersabda, "Hari Jumaat itu dua belas jam. Tidak ada seorang muslim pun yang memohon sesuatu kepada Allah dalam waktu tersebut melainkan akan dikabulkan oleh Allah. Maka peganglah erat-erat (ingatlah bahawa) akhir dari waktu tersebut jatuh setelah 'asar." (Hadis Riwayat Abu Dawud) Dan yang menguatkan pendapat kedua ini adalah Imam Ibnul Qayyim rahimahullah, beliau mengatakan bahawa, "ini adalah pendapat yang dipegang oleh kebanyakan generasi salaf dan banyak sekali hadis-hadis mengenainya." 3. Dosa-dosanya diampuni antara jumaat tersebut dengan jumaat sebelumnya Dari Salman Al-Farisi r.a. mengatakan bahawa Nabi s.a.w. bersabda: "Tidaklah seseorang mandi pada hari Jumaat dan bersuci semampunya, berminyak dengan minyak, atau mengoleskan minyak wangi dari rumahnya, kemudian keluar (menuju masjid), dan dia tidak memisahkan dua orang (yang sedang duduk berdampingan), kemudian dia mendirikan solat yang sesuai dengan tuntunannya, lalu diam mendengarkan (dengan saksama) ketika imam berkhutbah melainkan akan diampuni (dosa-dosanya yang terjadi) antara Jumaat tersebut dan Jumaat berikutnya." Dahulu, istilah Syi'ah digunakan bagi orang-orang yang membela Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu dan keluarganya, tetapi kemudian digunakan sebagai nama pada kelompok Rafidhah (Syi'ah Ja'fariyyah; Itsna 'Aysariyyah) dan Zaidiyyah. PERKEMBANGAN SYI'AH Syi'ah melewati perkembangan-perkembangan sebagai berikut: 1. Dahulu, istilah Syi'ah (tasyayyu') digunakan sebagai ungkapan kecintaan terhadap Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu dan keluarganya, tanpa merendahkan sahabat Nabi Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam yang lain. 2. Kemudian berkembang sehingga melewati batas terhadap Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu dan sebagian anggota keluarganya, mencela sahabat Radhiyallahu 'anhum, bahkan mengkafirkan mereka, disertai aqidah-aqidah lain yang bukan dari agama Islam sama sekali, seperti: taqiyyah, imamah, 'ishmah, raj'ah, dan batiniyyah. 3. Kemudian di antara mereka ada yang menuhankan Ali bin Abi Thalib Radhiyallahu 'anhu dan imam-imam setelahnya, berkeyakinan reinkarnasi dan aqidah-aqidah kufur lainnya, yang bertameng dengan tasyayyu' (kecintaan terhadap Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu dan keluarganya). FIRQAH-FIRQAH (KELOMPOK-KELOMPOK) SYI'AH Firqah-firqah Syi'ah banyak sekali, sampai sebagian ulama menyebutkan bahwa mereka mencapai 300 firqah. Sedangkan di zaman ini, firqah mereka yang besar ada tiga, yaitu: 1. Kelompok Rafidhah, dikenal dengan nama Syi'ah Ja'fariyyah, karena menisbatkan kepada Ja'far Ash-Shadiq. Juga dikenal dengan nama Imamiyyah, dan Itsna 'Aysariyyah, karena memiliki keyakinan imam dua belas. Kelompok inilah yang paling besar dewasa ini. Mereka sekarang berada di Iran, Irak, Syam, Libanon, Pakistan, Afghanistan Barat, Ahsa', dan Madinah. 2. Zaidiyyah, mereka adalah para pengikut Zaid bin Ali bin Al-Husain. Mereka tinggal di Yaman. 3. Isma'iliyyah. Mereka menisbatkan kepada Isma'il bin Ja'far Ash-Shadiq dan meyakini keimamannya, sehingga disebut Isma'iliyyah. Mereka berada di Jazirah Arab Utara, Afrika Utara, Afrika Tengah, Syam, Pakistan, India, dan lainnya. Selain kelompok di atas, ada kelompok Nushairiyyah, Duruz, Bahrah, Agha Khaniyyah, dan lainnya. Karena kelompok Syi'ah terbesar sekarang ini adalah kelompok Rafidhah (Syi'ah Ja'fariyyah ; Itsna 'Aysariyyah), maka kami akan memfokuskan pembicaraan ini tentang mereka. USAHA RAFIDHAH MENDEKATI AHLUS SUNNAH Semangat Rafidhah untuk memasukkan madzhabnya ke barisan madzhab-madzhab kaum muslimin begitu kuat, mereka menginginkan seandainya madzhab mereka disebut madzhab kelima di kalangan kaum muslimin. Oleh karena itu mereka berusaha mensukseskan program mereka "taqrib (pendekatan) antara Sunnah dan Syi'ah" dengan berbagai cara. Tidak diragukan lagi bahwa persatuan kaum muslimin merupakan perkara yang wajib diwujudkan, tetapi hal itu haruslah tegak di atas fondasi-fondasi kebenaran. Usaha-usaha Rafidhah itu sempat menjadikan sebagian kaum muslimin terkecoh karenanya. Padahal seandainya mereka mengetahui hakekat agama Rafidhah, mereka pasti akan lari menjauhi dengan ketakutan! KESESATAN RAFIDHAH Ketahuilah wahai saudara-saudaraku, bahwa terdapat jurang perbedaan yang sangat besar antara Ahlus Sunnah dengan Rafidhah, sehingga mustahil untuk disatukan! kecuali yang satu berpindah kepada agama yang lain! Inilah perbedaan-perbedaan mendasar tersebut, yang sekaligus sebagai kesesatan-kesesatan mereka!: 1. Mereka berkeyakinan, -dengan dinisbatkan kepada para imam mereka- bahwa mereka memiliki Al-Qur'an yang berbeda dengan yang dimiliki kaum muslimin. a). Mereka meriwayatkan dari Abu Abdullah, yang berkata: "Al-Qur'an yang dibawa oleh Jibril Alaihissallam kepada Muhammad Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam adalah 17 ribu ayat". [Al-Kaafi fil Ushul II/634, Cetakan Teheran, Iran] b). Dalam riwayat mereka yang lain disebutkan bahwa Abu Abdullah berkata : "Pada fihak kami sesungguhnya ada mushhaf Fatimah. Tahukan mereka apakah mushhaf Fatimah itu? Jawabnya: "Mushhaf Fatimah itu isinya tiga kali dibanding dengan Al-Qur'an kalian ini. Demi Allah, tidak satupun huruf dari Al-Qur'an tersebut, terdapat dalam Al-Qur'an kalian." Hari yang paling mulia dan merupakan penghulu dari hari-hari Dari Abu Lubabah bin Ibnu Mundzir r.a. berkata, Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda : "Hari Jumaat adalah penghulu hari-hari dan hari yang paling mulia di sisi Allah, hari Jumaat ini lebih mulia dari hari raya Idhul Fitri dan Idul Adha di sisi Allah, pada hari jumaat terdapat lima peristiwa, diciptakannya Adam dan diturunkannya ke bumi, pada hari Jumaat juga Adam dimatikan, di hari Jumaat terdapat waktu yang mana jika seseorang meminta kepada Allah maka akan dikabulkan selama tidak memohon yang haram, dan di hari jumaat pula akan terjadi kiamat, tidaklah seseorang malaikat yang dekat di sisi Allah, di bumi dan di langit kecuali dia dikasihi pada hari Jumaat." (Hadis Riwayat Ahmad) 2. Waktu yang mustajab untuk berdo'a Dari Abu Hurairah r.a. bahawa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam menyebut hari jumaat lalu beliau Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda : "Di hari Jumaat itu terdapat satu waktu yang jika seseorang muslim melakukan solat di dalamnya dan memohon sesuatu kepada Allah Ta'ala, nescaya permintaannya akan dikabulkan." Lalu beliau memberi isyarat dengan tangannya yang menunjukkan sedikitnya waktu itu. (Hadis Riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim) Namun mengenai penentuan waktu, para ulama berselisih pendapat. Di antara pendapat-pendapat tersebut ada 2 pendapat yang paling kuat: i. Waktu itu dimulai dari duduknya imam sampai pelaksanaan solat jumaat Dari Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa Al-Asy'ari r.a. bahawa 'Abdullah bin 'Umar r.a. berkata padanya, "Apakah engkau telah mendengar ayahmu meriwayatkan hadis dari Rasulullah sehubungan dengan waktu ijaabah pada hari jumaat?" Lalu Abu Burdah mengatakan, "Aku mendengar Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda, 'iaitu waktu antara duduknya imam sampai solat dilaksanakan.'" (Hadis Riwayat Muslim) Imam Nawawi rahimahullah menguatkan pendapat di atas. Sedangkan Imam As-Suyuthi rahimahullah menentukan waktu yang dimaksud adalah ketika solat didirikan. ii. Batas akhir dari waktu tersebut hingga setelah Asar Dari Jabir bin 'Abdillah rr.a., dari Nabi s.a.w. bersabda, "Hari Jumaat itu dua belas jam. Tidak ada seorang muslim pun yang memohon sesuatu kepada Allah dalam waktu tersebut melainkan akan dikabulkan oleh Allah. Maka peganglah erat-erat (ingatlah bahawa) akhir dari waktu tersebut jatuh setelah 'asar." (Hadis Riwayat Abu Dawud) Dan yang menguatkan pendapat kedua ini adalah Imam Ibnul Qayyim rahimahullah, beliau mengatakan bahawa, "ini adalah pendapat yang dipegang oleh kebanyakan generasi salaf dan banyak sekali hadis-hadis mengenainya." 3. Dosa-dosanya diampuni antara jumaat tersebut dengan jumaat sebelumnya Dari Salman Al-Farisi r.a. mengatakan bahawa Nabi s.a.w. bersabda: "Tidaklah seseorang mandi pada hari Jumaat dan bersuci semampunya, berminyak dengan minyak, atau mengoleskan minyak wangi dari rumahnya, kemudian keluar (menuju masjid), dan dia tidak memisahkan dua orang (yang sedang duduk berdampingan), kemudian dia mendirikan solat yang sesuai dengan tuntunannya, lalu diam mendengarkan (dengan saksama) ketika imam berkhutbah melainkan akan diampuni (dosa-dosanya yang terjadi) antara Jumaat tersebut dan Jumaat berikutnya." Maaf Ustadz mau nanya nih, bolehkah saat berjima dgn istri namun membayangkan wanita yang lain. Apakah berdosa jika melakukan hal tersebut? IMAM FAIQ Walikumsalam wr.wb. UNTUK menjawab pertanyaan Saudara ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan. Pertama, Islam adalah agama fitrah yang selalu dalam ajarannya sesuai dengan fitrah manusia. Hubungan laki-laki dan perempuan adalah di antara hamparan fitrah mulia Islam, sehingga disyariatkan adanya pernikahan. Menurut Sayyid Sabiq, pernikahan disyariatkan di antaranya untuk menghindari asupan fitrah di jalan yang haram, dan berakibat buruk bagi manusia. Kedua, Karena itu dalam mengikuti alur fitrah tersebut (hubungan laki-laki dan wanita) termasuk hubungan seksual, Islam tidak melepas sehingga bermuara pada akibat buruk. Islam mengajarkan batasan-batasan. Misal dalam hadits disebutkan larangan mendatangi wanita dari jalan belakang, tentu hal itu terkait kalau dibebaskan malah menjadi madharat, dan itu sudah terbukti dalam pandangan ilmiah kesehatan modern. Ketiga, Demikian pula batasan itu terkait dengan ajaran pokok Islam lainnya, terkait dengan hubungan suami istri dengan berfantasi pada wanita atau pria yang lain atau sekarang dikenal dengan fantasi seks, tentu harus digariskan dengan ajaran Islam yang lain. Seperti adanya larangan zina hati, dalam riwayat Abu Hurairah ra, disebutkan bahwa Rasulullah saw bersabda, "Sesungguhnya Allah `Azza Wa Jalla telah menetapkan pada setiap anak cucu Adam bagiannya dari perbuatan zina yang pasti terjadi dan tidak mungkin dihindari. Maka zinanya mata adalah melihat, zinanya lisan adalah ucapan, sedangkan zinanya hati adalah berangan-anga dan berhasrat, namun kemaluanlah yang (menjadi penentu untuk) membenarkan hal itu atau mendustakannya." (HR.Muslim). Dan, dalam fantasi seks ada gejolak hati yang bermain, dan ketika yang dijadikan khayalan atau hasrat adalah wanita lain, tentu ini bagian di antara yang dilarang oleh Rasulullah saw. Bila ditarik pada kategori zina hati, para ulama memahaminya dengan aktivitas membayangkan wanita atau pria yang tidak halal seakan sedang berjumbu, bermesraan dengannya, bahkan khayalan melakukan aktivitas berhubungan intim. Karena itu fantasi seks dapat dikategorikan zina hati yang jelas dilarang oleh Rasulullah saw. Keempat, Indahnya Islam, larangan fantasi seks pada bukan pasangan halalnya di antaranya dikarenakan akan membangun beban psikologis yang dapat mengurangi rasa cinta, respek pada pasangan sebenarnya. Mobilitas hasyrat pada yang lain lambat laun dapat mecerai beraikan pintalan-pintalan cinta, dan selanjutnya menceraikan hati, dan lebih potensial terjadi konflik hingga bercerai. Karena itu para ulama telah menyatakan bagian dari yang diharamkan dan berdosa bila melakukannya. Pendapat ini dinyatakan empat mazhab, yaitu ulama mazhab Maliki, Hanafi, Hambali dan Syafi'i. Kelima, Prinsipnya selain sebagai zina hati, juga termasuk dari larangan perintah Allah swt "mendekati zina", "Dan janganlah kamu mendekati zina. Sesungguhnya zina adalah perbuatan keji dan jalan yang teramat buruk." (al-Isra' : 32). Menarik Allah swt menggunakan perbuatan keji dan jalan yang buruk, karena sejatinya yang halal dan berpahala dilegitimasi Islam, yaitu pernikahan. Demikian dapat dibaca, keji dan jalan buruk, bila saat berhubungan suami istri, dan pasangannya ada di hadapannya, tapi malah berfantasi dengan idaman lain. Dan bayangkan betapa kecewa dan dapat meruntuhkan bangunan cinta bila pasangan kita mengetahuinya. Wallahu'alam.
