Imām 'Abdur-Rahmān Ibn Hasan رحمه االله said after he mentioned the various tortures that the Sahābah رضي االله عنهم went through, like 'Abdullāh Ibn Huthāfah رضي االله عنه, and Bilāl رضي االله عنه, and many others,
"So this was the condition of the Companions of the Messenger, and what they met of the severe torments at the hands of the mushrikīn.
So how are these Sahābah رضي االله عنهم compared to those who, when tested (in fitnah), they hurry to bātil, and they place themselves there, and they kiss them, and turn their backs upon the Truth, and they show affection to the Mushrikeen and flatter them, and they incline towards them and praise them?!
They are as Allāh has said,
و َلودِخ َل تع َليِهممن َأ ْق َطاِرها ُثمسِئل ُواا ْلِفتن َة َلآتوهاومات َلبث ُواِبهاِإ َّلايِسيرا
"And if the enemy had entered from all sides (of the city), and they had been urged to fitnah (apostasy), they would surely have committed it - and they would have hesitated thereupon but little."
And we ask Allāh to make us firm upon Islām, and we seek refuge from the misguidance of fitnah, that which is apparent and that which is hidden. And it is well-known that had those who became Muslim and believed in the Prophet صلى االله عليه وسلم and that which he came with- if they had not declared Barā'ah from shirk and the mushrikīn, and had not insulted their religion and mocked their gods - then they would not have gone through such types of torture and torment." Ad-Durar As-Saniyyah" (8/124)

Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Al-Hafathī رحمه االله said, "And think upon what the Prophet and his Companions were upon between the beginning of the Prophethood صلى االله عليه وسلم and the Hijrah; and to what they were calling to, and what they were prohibiting.
The Verses of the Qur'ān were descending for ten years, and the people were either accepting it, or rejecting it. And there was Alliance (Muwālāt) and Hostility (Mu'ādāt) based upon who believes or disbelieves- and mankind was only upon this for ten years. Whosoever obeyed the Messenger and followed him, then he was the Muwahhid with salvation; and whosoever disobeyed and disregarded him, then he was a destroyed mushrik.
And in these ten years, there was no such obligation as Salāt nor Siyām (fasting), let alone the other duties from the obligations of Islām (later on); nor was there any prohibition of the kabā'ir (major sins) for which there would be Hudūd (punishment).
And in such a condition many people died from both parties (of Tawhīd and shirk) - a party in Jannah, and another in the Fire.
So if you think upon this deeply- O Brother - you will see a manifest benefit.

Abu Hurairah überliefert, dass einer der Gefährten an einem Brunnen mit frischem Wasser in einem Tal vorbeikam. Er sagte zu sich selbst: „Wenn ich mich von den Menschen zurückziehe und in diesem Tag bleibe (um Allah zu dienen)... Aber ich werde es nicht tun, bis ich um Erlaubnis beim Gesandten Allahs bitte." Der Gesandte Allahs sagte: „Tu dies nicht. Das Entsenden eines wie dich auf dem Weg Allahs ist besser als seine Gebete in seinem Haus für siebzig Jahre. Willst du nicht, dass Allah dir vergibt und dich in das Paradies eintreten lässt? Kämpfe (irzu) auf dem Weg Allahs! Den für jeden, der eine Zeitspanne lang auf dem Weg Allahs kämpft (katal), die der des Melkens eines Kamels entspricht, ist das Paradies garantiert." [Tirmidhī]
Zu diesem Sahabi also, der in der Abgeschiedenheit leben wollte, um "Jihad Al Nafs" zu machen, wurde gesagt, dass er dies nicht tun soll !

Sinneswandel oder Strategie ?
Für Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel (CDU) ist Kritik an der Politik Israels legitim. Die gebe es auch in Israel selbst, so Merkel in ihrem aktuellen Videopodcast, der am Samstag veröffentlicht wurde.
Aber sie trete entschieden dagegen auf, wenn da pauschalisiert werde und damit Antisemitismus und Anti-Zionismus durch die Hintertür zum Ausdruck kämen, so die Kanzlerin weiter. Zudem bekannte sie sich erneut dazu, dass die Sicherheit Israels zur Staatsraison Deutschlands gehöre. Auf die Frage, wie Deutschland den Friedensprozess im Nahen Osten fördern könne, sagte Merkel: "Wir setzen uns ganz offensiv für eine Zwei-Staaten-Lösung ein: einen "jüdischen Staat" Israel und einen palästinensischen Staat. Wir werben dafür, dass aufeinander zu gegangen wird, dass jede Seite auch bereit ist, Kompromisse zu machen."
Deutschland unterstütze zudem sehr intensiv die Bemühungen der USA, den Friedensprozess voranzubringen, und sei bereit, "sich hier auch immer wieder einzubringen, wenn das gewünscht und gefordert wird". Deutschland habe in beide Richtungen viele Kontakte und nutze sie auch dazu, "alle zu ermutigen, den schweren, aber aus meiner Sicht, immer noch besten Weg eines Friedensprozesses zu gehen".

Die israelische Besatzungsarmee hat in der Nacht zum Freitag im besetzten Gazastreifen mindestens fünf Palästinenser ermordet.
Palästinenser gaben an, die Männer hätten Aktivitäten des israelischen Militärs ausgekundschaftet, als sie unter Beschuss geraten hinzu sind. Fünf israelische Besatzungssoldaten wurden nach Armeeangaben durch einen Sprengsatz verletzt.
In der Nacht zum Donnerstag hatte die Besatzungsarmee im Westjordanland einen Palästinenser erschossen.

Über 20 Navy Soldaten sterben nach und nach, alle waren am Einsatz beteiligt, der angeblich Osama Bin Laden zur Strecke brachte!
Doch dieser Mann hier, Offizier Job W. Preis soll in Afghanistan Selbstmord begannen haben und er war es der Osama Bin Laden ausfindig machte und ihn auch getötet haben soll, doch das glaubten weder die Kameraden, noch die Medien! So wirft der Fall viele Fragen auf, denn der Offizier war ein Stabiler Mensch und ein Selbstmord währe in diesem Fall sehr untypisch, jetzt gibt es nähere Untersuchungen.

The story of Abulfaz al-Abbas in whose name Muslims insure their vehicles revolve around the severe thirst from which Hussein and his family members were suffering. Abbas fought through the enemy until he reached the Euphrates River. Upon reaching the river, he filled his leather bag with water and rushed back to the camp. On his way back he was ambushed. An unknown person from the enemy army cut Abbas' hand that held the leather bag. Abbas took the leather bag with the other hand and tried to make his way to his brother's camp. Then another person cut off the other hand also. Abbas then held the leather bag with his teeth until a few other people from the enemy army martyred him. Thus Abbas failed to take water to his brother's children. Someone should tell me how Abbas held the leather from the hand that was cut off.

Did Abbas dismount his horse, picked up the fallen leather bag and then mounted the horse again? What did he do when the other hand was cut off? Did he dismount the horse again and bend down to hold leather bag with his teeth? Wasn't there anyone to kill him when he dismounted his horse to pick up the leather bag? Or perhaps, none of these happened as he might have thrown up the leather bag and taken it with the other hand before it was cut off and then he might have thrown up the leather bag and held it with his teeth before the second hand was cut off.

What is the real story about Abbas? How were his hands cut off? Were they cut off from the wrists or elbows or shoulders? What were they cut off with? Were they cut off with a sword? Once in a video, a shia speaker who was narrating the story of Abbas' martyrdom said that an accursed man cut Abbas' hand off with an arrow shot from his bow? The question is: Did he throw an axe instead of an arrow at Abbas? What did Abbas do with the bleeding arm? Was it so easy for Abbas to let the blood flow from a cut-off hand? ==
These are the common fallacies related to some of the legends of Ashura. I did not mention the story Qasim's ritual bath because some Muslims themselves do not believe in that story.
